Agatya takes all preventive measures and performs various rounds of quality checks before shipping the orders to the clients. If at all, there exists an issue with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.

• There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note that does not come with an expiration date.
• Your product is eligible for a ONE TIME return/exchange if you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, or if an incorrect product is sent to you.
• Due to the nature of our products, the firm reserves sole discretion to provide resolution as the QC team deems fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
• The firm encourages customers to shoot an unboxing video of the package from scratch or click pictures on mandatory grounds to ensure transparency in dealing with refund and return processes.

• If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, at support@agatya.co.in within 7 days of delivery with the following information.
• If approved for exchange / replacement/ credit note, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
• Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be approved beyond 7 days of delivery.
• Agatya will try its best to expedite the repair/ replacement process. However, the whole process from pick up to delivery of the replacement item can take upto 15-20 days.
• As all return requests are considered as individual cases, you can either get a replacement of the same product, exchange for another product of the same value or more, or you can be issued a credit note that can be used anytime, however the QC team will provide resolutions based on individual cases.
• We will initiate the pickup from our end for the customer’s seamless pickup/delivery experience.
• Once we receive the courier, the refund/ credit/ exchange shall be processed within 5 to 6 business days.

• To Be eligible for a return/ refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging with the receipt.
• Only products bought from our website www.agatya.com can be exchanged with us. We do not accept returns/exchange of products bought from physical stores, third party websites or any such outlets.
• There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE except for Transit Damage or Incorrect Product.
• Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund,  credit or exchange.
• All items bought in sale/discounts/promotions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Products that need to be exchanged must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and details of your complaint.
• All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the same packaging as it was received, all tags intact.
• Each product can only be exchanged once.
• Shipping, convenience, handling, sanitization charges (wherever/if applicable) is not refunded
• All gifts/promotional/such products/items received along with your purchase must also be returned in case of initiating a return of the purchase order.

• If you haven’t received a refund yet and you have a proof from Agatya stating the refund is processed, please contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve completed the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@agatya.co.in

• All pre-orders and custom orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
• There will be no return/ exchange/ replacement on pre-orders or customised orders, unless in the cases of transit damage or wrong product delivery.
